Ingredients

  • 6-8potatoes, washed, peeled, chopped
  • 4 tablespoonsbutter
  • Milk
  • Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes for 20 minutes. Drain the water away and return to the pan.

  2. 2

    Pour milk till the potatoes are covered. Place over medium heat.

  3. 3

    Add butter and stir till melted.

  4. 4

    Season to taste with pepper, bacon pieces, green onions, etc. Cook to a simmer for 10 minutes.
