Okra mboga
I just love okra lately and I can eat it anytime any day
Steps

Wipe the okra with a dump cloth, Cut okra into rings and potatoes into cubes

Fry them and keep them aside

Take a clean sufuria add 2tbsn of oil and add the grated onions,chillies, pilipili hoho,tomatoes,salt turmeric and mix well, let them cook for around 4 minutes

Add okra and potatoes to the mixture
- 5
Add dhania and remove from heat, serve with rice, chapati or ugali
