Boil beef with onions, garlic and Maggie, allow only little broth left

In another pot, fry beef in oil, remove and place in a plate

Fry onions, tomatoes and pepper, add the mixed vegetables add the chopped sausages, add seasoning and allow allow to fry a bit then add little of the meat broth.

Serve with the fried beef
