Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspghee
  2. 2garlic cloves, minced
  3. 1 tbspcrushed pepper
  4. 1medium onion, diced
  5. 14 ozbeef smoked sausage, sliced thin
  6. 16 ozfrozen french style green beans /haricots verts
  7. 1/2 cuptruffle-flavored marcona almonds
  8. 1/2 tsplemon juice
  9. to tasteSalt and pepper
  10. Grated Parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a large skillet over medium heat

  2. 2

    Add garlic, onion, and red pepper and cook until garlic is fragrant and onions begin to get translucent.

  3. 3

    Add frozen beans and sausage. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

  4. 4

    Add almonds and lemon juice. Continue cooking for about 10 more minutes until the beans are heated through and sausage begins to brown.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.

I used salted almonds ,and fresh green beans, it is wonderfully convenient for a after work skillet dish
