Make a juicy filling using the chicken breast, spices, onion and seasonings.

Mix the flour with salt, oil and water to form a dough, cut into 5 pieces, roll out and rub oil, sprinkle flour and roll another portion of flour to add on top, repeat the same process and make a 5 step dough. Then roll out thinly and evenly, place in the oven or on a pan to roast for 3mins, separate sheets and cut into samosa shapes.

Make your samosas, heat oil in a pan and fry till golden brown.
