Steps

Take a pressure cooker add oil and heat it.

Put garlic & ginger paste and saute for 1 to 2 min.

Now add onions & tomatoes puree in it and cook for 4 min.

Put all dry spices in it and mix it.

Add potatoes and peas in tadka and saute for 2 min.

Put required water in it and close the lid of cooker and cook for 10 min.
