Steps

Wash BHENDI, wipe with dry cloth and cut lengthwise, sprinkle salt and keep aside.

Mix rice flour, besan, salt, turmeric, chilli powder, Garam masala

Sprinkle on cut BHENDI and see that all the peices are properly covered with the masala mix. Keep aside for five minutes

Deep fry in hot oil on low flame. Bubbles will be more in the beginning and lesser at the end. Fry till crispy.

Sprinkle chat masala before serving if you like
