Firstly washed the all leaves.

Secondly boiled them and add salt and green chillies.

Cover the lid tightly and cook for 4-5 whistle.

After that grind with grinder.

Other side heat ghee in a wok add ginger,garlic paste saute it,add onion,tomato and then all regular spices.

Now add grinded saag and mix well.

Now sarso ka saag is ready.
