1. Break the egg, whisk and keep aside. 2. Chop the onions, fresh tomatoes and pepper. 3. Set the pan on fire. 4. Add the groundnut oil. 5. Add the chopped onions. 6. Add the chopped tomatoes and pepper. 7. Add the egg, Salt and cube. 8. Peel, slice, wash the potatoes. 9. Add salt. 10. Heat the groundnut oil and fry the potatoes. 11. Serve with the egg sauce
