  • 1 bunchmethi/ fenugreek leaves
  • 1 bunchgreen onion
  • 1potato chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspturmeric powdwr
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tspjeera/ cumin
  • 1 tbspcoriander and jeera/ cumin powder

    Take a pan

    Heat oil

    Add jeera and chopped vegvies

  4. 4

    Mix all spices mix well

  5. 5

    Cover it and cook till potato become soft
