Sometimes we have leftover cooked chicken sitting in the fridge until it gets thrown out. This happens a lot, so I decided to use it to make chicken shawarma.

Sometimes we have leftover cooked chicken sitting in the fridge until it gets thrown out. This happens a lot, so I decided to use it to make chicken shawarma.
Steps

Cut the chicken into small pieces.

Chop the onion and tomatoes into small pieces.

In a skillet over medium heat, add a little olive oil, then add the onion and cook until it softens. Add the tomatoes and cook until they release their juices.

Add the chopped bell peppers to the skillet.

Add the chicken to the onion, tomatoes, and bell peppers. Season with salt and black pepper, and stir well.

Turn off the heat and transfer the chicken to a serving dish. Enjoy!
