Take a bowl add maida,curd,baking powder,baking soda,salt,sugar and make a dough with the help of little milk. Keep aside for fermentation for overnight.

Agin knock the dough and make small balls keep aside.

Take a pan add oil,onion saaute for 2 min. Add ginger garlic paste and vook it for 5 min. Now add tomato puree cook for 4 min.

Now add all the seasning and cottage cheese cover iy for 5 min. At last add mayonnaise. Mix it well.

Now take a dough make a small chapati add stuffing in it. And fold it from sides.

Now add cheeses and put it in pre heated oven till cheese gets melt.brush the sides with oil.

Serve with green chutney.
