Shred bread slices.

Beat all the eggs in a blender until almost double the quantity

Add in bread pieces and blend together.

Add in sugar, vanilla essence and milk blend again.

Take a pudding tin and on a slow flame caramelize 2 tablespoons of sugar, making sure to cover the entire base of tin.

Once caramelized; pour in the blended mixture and steam in a steamer for about 20 to 25 minutes. Place a needle and check if the pudding is done.

Lastly after cooling, invert the pudding tin onto a plate.
