Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cupsAll purpose flour/maida
  2. 3/4 tspinstant Yeast
  3. 1 tspSugar
  4. 1/2 cuplukewarm Water
  5. 1 tspSalt
  6. 2 tbspOlive oil
  7. 1/2 cupcrumbled Paneer/Cottage Cheese
  8. 1/2 cupfinely chopped veggies (cherry Tomatoes, bell pepper, capsicum etc)
  9. 1/3 cupPizza sauce
  10. 50 gsliced mozzarella cheese
  11. 1/3 cupor more shredded cheddar cheese
  12. 1 tbspSesame Seeds (optional)
  13. 1 tspflax seed (optional)
  14. 1 tbspdried Parsley
  15. 1beaten egg or 3 tbsp Olive oil for wash

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, add Flour. Make 3 wells in flour, add salt, sugar and yeast. mix

  2. 2

    Add oil and water. knead smooth dough

  3. 3

    Transfer dough to greased bowl. cover and rest for 2 hours in warm place

  4. 4

    In a bowl, mix paneer and veggies

  5. 5

    Add pizza sauce and mix well

  6. 6

    Gently deflate dough and fold

  7. 7

    Roll the dough in rectangular shape

  8. 8

    Place mozzarella cheese towards one side leaving gap towards edges

  9. 9

    Add paneer mixture on top of cheese

  10. 10

    Add cheddar cheese on top of veggies

  11. 11

    Gently roll the dough to form a log

  12. 12

    Seal edges from all sides

  13. 13

    Place on baking tray and make equal slits halfway through dough

  14. 14

    Give egg or oil wash

  15. 15

    Sprinkle sesame and flax seeds - optional step

  16. 16

    Bake for 20-22 minutes in preheated oven at 180 deg until golden brown

  17. 17

    Sprinkle parsley on top

  18. 18

    Cut and serve warm
