Ingredients

4 or 5 servings
  1. 1 cupSoya granules(Minced)
  2. 1 tspCoriander powder
  3. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tspGaram masala powder
  6. 1/2 cupcream
  7. to tasteSalt as taste
  8. SomeCoriander leaves
  9. 2onions finely chopped
  10. 1green chilli finely chopped
  11. 2 tspGarlic Ginger paste
  12. 1 cuptomato puree
  13. 11/2 cupOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in the pan.Add onions.Saute it for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Now,add ginger garlic paste with all dry spices.

  3. 3

    Let the spices cook and add tomato puree.Mix it well and cook for 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add cream into the pan.Mix it well with all spices.

  5. 5

    Now,add minced soya keema and cook for 5 minutes.Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve with plain chapaties.
