3 servings

For dough:-
2 cupsmaida
to tasteSalt
1 cupWarm water
1 tspAjwain
For stuffing:-
2Potato boiled
1/2 cuppeas boiled
To tasteSalt
1 tbspRed chilli powder
1 tbspCoriander powder
1 tbspChat masala
Some Coriander-finely chopped

Steps

Firstly knead dough with ingredients mentioned under(for dough) and keep aside for 15-20 mins.

Now make stuffing with the help of above ingredients(mentioned under for stuffing) and roll chapati and add stuffing give a shape of samosa and deep fry them.

Serve hot with sauce/chutney.
