Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 200 gmflour
  2. 100 gmsugar
  3. 50 mlmilk
  4. Lemons rind
  5. 100 mlcooking oil
  6. 3eggs

    Mix cooking oil and sugar

  2. 2

    Add and egg at a time whisk

  3. 3

    Add half of the flour, fold

  4. 4

    Add milk

  5. 5

    Then add the rest of the flour

  6. 6

    Fold gently

  7. 7

    Put in a mug, 1/3 of the way

  8. 8

    Put in the microwave for five minutes

  9. 9
