In a bowl take all ingredients cornflour, maida, salt, ginger garlic paste, chopped curry leaves, chopped garlic, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli, powder, vinegar, lemon juice, mix all them by adding sufficient water and make a thick paste

Cut the banana in cubs put them into water,

Drain the banana from water well, put them into batter coat them well,

Heat the oil on medium flame, add one by one coated banana fry them well till they become crunchy

Drain the excess oil put them on papar napkin
- 8
Serve with chutney, green chillies
