Ingredients

  1. I large onion per 1lb jam
  2. 1cooking apple per 1lb jam
  3. 1/2 cupvinegar per 1lb jam
  4. Jam
  5. Salt and pepper
  6. 1 tspmustard powder
  7. 1 tspcurry powder
  8. 4ozs raisins if liked
  9. 1/2 lbsugar (if your jam is very sweet use less sugar or none, according to taste.)

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the onions

    Chop the apples

    Boil apple and onion in vinegar until soft. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Pot in sterilised jars and cover.
