Steps

Boil the cauliflower and strain it.

Heat a wok by adding mustard oil and fry the cauliflower with salt and turmeric powder.

In a same wok add mustard oil if required. Add ginger and tomato paste and saute till the raw aroma disappear. Add salt, turmeric powder sugar and cook for few min.

Add fried cauliflower, boiled peas and green chilli and cook for another 5 min.
