Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 tbspgram flour (besan)
  2. 1 tbspghee
  3. 1/2 tspdry ginger powder
  4. 1/2 tsppipramul powder (ganthoda powder)
  5. 1 pinchnutmeg powder
  6. 2-3green cardamom crushed
  7. 1/4 cupjaggery
  8. 2 tspchopped cashews & almonds
  9. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a wok. Add dry ginger powder, pipramul & gram flour. Roast it until golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add 3 cup water. Add jaggery, black pepper, nutmeg & cardamoms. Stir all continously so that no lumps form.

  3. 3

    Bring 2-3 boils. Add chopped dry fruits. Switch off gas. Sheera is ready.

  4. 4

    Serve hot.
