Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgcarrot
  2. 1cauli flower
  3. 250 gmturnip
  4. 1/2 bowlpasrte of ginger garlic
  5. 2 spoonsarso ke dane
  6. to tastesalt and turmeric according
  7. 4 spoonmustard oil
  8. 50 gmjaggry(gud)
  9. 2 spoonvinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the vegetables and dip it into hot water.

  2. 2

    After 5 min.. dump extra water.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil in a kadhai and add sarso dane and ginger garlic paste in it.

  4. 4

    Cook it at medium flame for 10 min. add salt,turmeric,redchilly powder mix it well.

  5. 5

    Melt the jaggry in vinegar then add melted jaggry in kadhai.

  6. 6

    Now mix all the vegetables and melted jaggry. now cook it for 5 minutes at medium flame.

  7. 7

    After 5 min. turn off the flame and let it cool and it is ready to eat.
