Steps

Slice the vegetables and dip it into hot water.

After 5 min.. dump extra water.

Heat the oil in a kadhai and add sarso dane and ginger garlic paste in it.

Cook it at medium flame for 10 min. add salt,turmeric,redchilly powder mix it well.

Melt the jaggry in vinegar then add melted jaggry in kadhai.

Now mix all the vegetables and melted jaggry. now cook it for 5 minutes at medium flame.

After 5 min. turn off the flame and let it cool and it is ready to eat.
