Wheat noodle pasta
A healthy recipe for ur kids..
Steps

Mix wheat flour, Maida, salt and oil. Add water and bind medium stiff dough. Give rest for 5min.

Add enough water in a pan and put it to boil. Knead dough and roll long oval shape roti, not too thick. Cut into long, thin strips.

Add some salt and 1tsp oil to boiling water. Add pasta stips/noodle, and keep boiling on medium heat for 5-7 min. When it cooks completely, stain water and keep aside.

Julienne cut onion and capsicums. Heat 1tsp oil, add crushed garlic and saute for a min.

Now add onion and saute till it turns transparent. Now add capsicum and just give a stir. And add sauce (of your choice) and mix well.

If you don't have pasta sauce. You can mix 2tbsp ketchup, 1/2 tsp chilli sauce, 1/2 tsp oregano/ Mix herb and 1/2 tsp basil.

Add pasta noodle, salt and paper. Mix well and cook for a min.

Transfer into bowl. Garnish with cheese and serve hot.
