Ingredients

  1. 1/2of each Green, Yellow and Red Peppers
  2. 1TBSRajah curry powder (hot)
  3. 2 TBSFruit Chutney
  4. 3 TBSTomato sauce
  5. 1ball of onions
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. Cooking oil to drizzle
  8. 2 TBSKnorr soup
  9. 1 kgBeef liver
  10. 2 TBSbrown onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop 1 onion and half of each pepper

    Pour 5 tablespoons of oil onto the pan

  3. 3

    Put in the chopped ingredients into the pan and add a teaspoon of Rajah curry powder for 5 minutes at a medium temperature stove

    Add the beef liver after 5 minutes and stir till it turns brown

    When brown, add tomatoe sauce, fruit Chutney and browns onion soup and leave it to simmer for 15 minutes at a low temperature
