Wash meat, kpomo and cook with onions, pepper, cube and salt till soft

In a pot add palm oil, allow to heat up a bit then add diced onions, fresh pepper and stir, add the offor and stir whilst at it so it doesn't get lumps and then add the meat stock and everything in it and allow to boil, add crayfish, perewinkles and salt and more seasoning cubes then allow to boil.

While it's boiling and thickening, wash the oha leave and cut into big pieces of the leaves are the big ones or leave whole if they are small in sizes, taste soup to be sure everything is appropriate, balance if not and if okay add the leaves, stir and turn off heat. Serve with preferred swallow.
