Ingredients

  1. 3medium potatoes boiled
  2. 1 tspgarlic powder
  3. 1 tspthyme
  4. 1 tspdhana jeera
  5. 1 tbspflour
  6. 1/4 tspwhite pepper
  7. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes,wash well and boil whole on high for 5 minutes

  2. 2

    Grate the potatoes using the large side of your grater.squeeze to get any excess water in it

  3. 3

    Put in a bowl,add all the other ingredients and incorporate well using your hand

  4. 4

    Form little balls.deep fry on medium high heat 3 minutes each side.ENJOY
