1. Break the coconut and remove from the shelf. 2.Grate or blend the coconut. 3. Boil water and pour into the blended or grated coconut. 4. Sieve the shaft from the water. 5. Parboil the rice. 6. Set the coconut water on fire, allow to boil. 7. Pour the parboiled rice into the boiling coconut water. 8. Add the seasoning, ginger, garlic, crayfish, shredded dry fish, Salt, cubes, onions. Allow to cook. 9. Dice the green peas, carrot, green pepper. 10. Allow the rice to cook well.

11. Allow the water to dry, spread the vegetables (carrot, green peas, green pepper) and stir together. 12. Let the heat cook the vegetables a bit and switch off the fire. 13. Serve with any protein of your choice.
