Heat oil in a pan add ajwain stir for few seconds,now add onion sliced Fry till golden brown

Add tomato puree and corn, grind to paste garlic and green chillies, add and stir till puree dries

Add rice and capsicum, add salt and pepper. Add water and let cook till rice is cooked

Serve hot with curd. Healthy and nutritious brown rice with seasonal vegetables.

Can add tomato slices.
