For the dough...In a clean bowl I mix all the dry ingredients together the add the butter and rub it well then make hole in the middle and pour in the water and mix it well it should not be elastic then close it with a leather and keep in the fridge for 15 minutes.

For the fillings..In a pan add 2 tablespoon of oil add the diced onions,add the ginger then add the minced meat and cook on low heat for for 3 minutes until golden brown then add the maggi cubes, thyme and curry then add the diced potatoes and add 1 cup of hot water to cook the potatoes for 4 minutes then add a 2 tablespoon of flour and mix quickly cover and allow to cook for 2 minutes (note adding flour to d fillings is optional that is it if U want wet fillings)

Dust out your table with flour then bring out your dough and cut into desired size.Roll your dough out and cut it into circle shape I used the big size meat pie cutter to cut mine,put d dough on your cutter then add a spoon full of your fillings and rub a little water at the of the dough then closed the cutter to seal the edges.You can also use fork to press down the edges,repeat the process until you finish out your dough. Fry it in a medium heat until golden brown
