Steps

Take a bowl add curd, besan, Suji, corn, salt, ginger and green chillies paste,water, turmeric powder. make a paste.

Put steamer on medium flame. Add eno in dhokla batter. Now cook dhokla in steamer for 15 mins.

Take a pan add oil sputter, rai, curry leaves,coconut,1 cup water and sugar cook for 2 mins.

Pour tempering on dhokla. Serve with chutney.
