Ingredients

200 gdried omena
2finely chopped tomatoes
1large onion
1 tbspsalt
Vegetable oil

Steps

1

Wash the omena in hot water and set it aside
2

Put oil in a cooking pan and let it heat then put then add the omena and let it cook for 3 mins
3

Add onions, tomatoes and salt to taste and let it cook for 3-5 mins
4

Can be served with ugali
