In a kadai add oil followed by Cumin seeds mustard, curry leaves and onion. Saute till onion turns pink in colour.

Now add ginger garlic paste, saute add chopped tomatoes cook for seconds

Add all the dry spices, salt, coriander,boiled potatoes and mix well. Add 1 cup water and cook for 4-5 mins.Once cook off the gas sprinkle coriander leaves on top. And serve hot with bedami puri
