Ingredients

  • 2boied potatoes
  • 1/2mixed egg with yolk
  • 2 tea spoonmilk
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the boiled potatoes and peel it. Mix corn flour, salt, egg,milk and stir it for 5 minutes.

    Now fill this mixture in polyethylene

    Heat the oil in the pan. Keep the medium flame. Now press the polythene and leave it in the pan like jalebi. It gets frying very quickly.serve hot on tea time.
