Ingredients

4 servings
  • 200 gmsMua fish
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tsp each ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cupChopped colacasia
  • 2Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cupChopped colacasia leaves
  • 1Chopped onion
  • 1 cupChopped coriander
  • 2Chopped chillies
  • 1¹/² tspsMustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean the fishes properly & marinate with salt and ginger garlic paste & turmeric powder.

  2. 2

    Take a banana leaf and clean it properly.Now heat the leaf both the sides to make it tender.(Otherwise the leaf will break apart)

  3. 3

    Now put all the ingredients on the leaf and wrap it tightly with a string.

  4. 4

    Take a tawa and add a few drops of oil.

  5. 5

    Now put the wrapped leaf in it and cover the leaf.

  6. 6

    Cook both the sides for 10 mins.

  7. 7

    Open the leaf once done and put the ingredients in a bowl. mix everything well.

  8. 8

    Serve the yummy PATOT DIA MAAS with rice.
