Merged water yam(3 big round pieces of raw water yam)
to tasteSalt
Grated fresh red papper
1bulb of marched onion
Veg.oil for frying
Pinchpowdered ginger and garlic

Mix all the ingredients into your merged water yam and incorporate well in a bowl

Set your ommellte pan on fire and pour ur veg oil for 1min

Then make a round ball and fry till golden brown....
