Marinate the bhetki fish with lemon juice salt and turmeric powder and keep aside.

Heat a pan with mustard oil and fry the marinated bhetki fish.

In a same pan add mustard oil if required and add cumin seeds. Add onion, ginger garlic paste and saute for a while. Add tomato paste, all spices and cook until oil seperates from it. Add 1 cup hot water and fried fish and allow it to boil.

Garnish with green chilli. Bhetki kalia is ready.
