In a bowl, sieve ur flour salt and baking powder.

Add your margarine and mix with your fingers till it looks like a breadcrumbs.

Add in your cold water and mix too form a dough.

Cover the dough and place in a fridge for some minutes.

Flatten, cut and put in fillings of your choice..

Egg wash the pie and bake in a hot oven.. Enjoy!
