Ingredients

  • 1 kgpotato peeled and cut into strips
  • to tastesalt
  • to tastered chilli powder
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • 1capsicum chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 Pinchred colour
  • As neededoil
  • 2-7 tspcorn flour
  • 2-6 tsp maida (All Purpose Flour)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add maida and corn flour and make thin batter.

  2. 2

    Dip all potato strips and fry in medium hot oil.

  3. 3

    Now heat oil, add chopped, onion, capsicum fry it and add all masale and fried potato fingers.

  4. 4

    Ready to serve.
