For Khoya with fresh Milk: In a pot boil milk. Then add butter and cream and mix well. Now cook on low to medium flame and stir continuously until thick. Let it cool and place in a bowl. Cut in desired shape and store in refrigerator for 15 days.

For khoya made with dry milk powder: in a pot boil milk. Add butter and cream mix well. Then add dry milk powder and mix continuously until thick on low to medium flame. Place in a mold. Let it cool and cut in desired shape. Store in refrigerator for 15 days.
