Steps

Firstly take a bowl add gram flour add water as required add salt And red chilli powder as required make a thick batter

Now take another small bowl add 1/2 spoon salt,1/4 spoon red chilli powder 1/4 garam masala,1/4 dry mongo powder mix well

Now take a pan add oil And heat it now put the flame medium

Now take a dish cut panner in cubes take a piece add masala mix in it now put another piece on it dip it in gram flour batter And fry it on medium flame then high flame fry it till becomes brown And crispy

Serve it with tomato sauce or imlli chutani
