Mini crab cheese balls

Combine softened cream cheese, garlic (use garlic press), parsley, and walnuts in a bowl until well mixed. Season to taste.

On a separate plate grate all the crab meat. I use a small hand held grater.
- 3
Make small balls out of cream cheese mixture, then coat them with grated crab meat. Place on a dish leaving some space in between. Refrigerate for about 2 hours and serve!
