Ingredients

  • 1/2 lboyster mushrooms
  • 1 tspdry jerk seasoning
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1/2onion
  • 1/2 cupbbq sauce
  • 1 tspfresh thyme

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients to pan except for bbq sauce and cook on medium for 5 minutes

  2. 2

    Add bbq sauce and cook until sauce thickens

  3. 3

    Toast bun and spoon out mixture. Serve with coleslaw
