Take a bowl add maida,aata& salt crumble it,than add water &makes a dough.

Take a bowl add all veggies,masala&poha mix it well&makes the stuffing.

Stuffing is ready.

From maida dough makes 10balls.Take 1ball roll puri size,grease oil sprinckle maida,than put another puri &roll thin roti.

Heat a tawa put the roti 2 minutse,separate the two, transfer a plate&cover it.Like this makes all roti.

Cut the roti pieces.The samosa patti is ready.

Prepare a maida slurry.Fold the poti like samasa,stuff the stuffing veggies add the maida slurry&cover it &shape it a samosa.

Deep fry the onion samosa.

Samosa is ready.

Serve with tomato sauces.
