Ingredients

8 to 10 servings
  • Topping
  • 3eggs
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1 cuplight corn syrup
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • Pie
  • 1-8 ozpackage cream cheese
  • 1/3 cupsugar
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 1egg
  • 1-9 inchunbaked deep dish shell
  • 1 1/4 cupchopped pecans

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat 350. Whisk topping ingredients together and set aside.

  2. 2

    In a medium bowl mix cream cheese, sugar,salt,vanilla and egg until smooth. Pour mixture into pie shell. Pour topping over pecans. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until center is set.

    Let pie cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
