  1. 600 gChicken Breast
  2. 500 gCauliflower
  3. 100 gZuchini
  4. Salt & Pepper
  5. Olive Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the chicken into 3 pieces, and season it with salt and pepper,
    then pan fried it.

  2. 2

    Cut the cauliflower into rice size, and zucchini into small pieces, season it, then pan fried it like fried rice.

    Enjoy your healthy meal prep!
