Steps

Heat oil in a pan add onions and Saute for 4-5 minutes now blend tomatoes in a blender to make Purée. Add puree into the same pan.

Stir and add ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder,garam masala and the turmeric powder. Stir well
- 3
Now and cauliflower, peas,beans,capsicum and carrot,spring onions.Reduce the flame and add water.Cover and cook till vegetables become tender

Garnish with some coriander leaves and spring onions. Serve hot with rice or chapati
