Steps

Cut all the vegetables

Take oil in a pan

Add ginger garlic paste and cook till it get brown

Add chopped onion and saute it. now add chopped tomato and saute it.

Add all chopped vegetables and add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric and cook for 15 minutes on low flame.

Add garam masala and serve it.
