1/4 tspturmeric
1 tspred chilli powder
2 tspdhaniya powder
to tasteSalt according
1/4 tspcumin seeds
1/4 tspgaram masala
1green chilli

Steps

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. Add green chilli finely chopped.

Add all the veggies. Stir fry. Cover with a lid. Saute them every now and then till they are soft.
3

Then add the tomatoes and saute. Add all the masalas. Cover for a min. Garnish 2ith coriander and serve
