See my strawberry Melba sauce recipe on previous post..make it in advance and let it cool

Whip your cream till stiff peaks forms

Add in your Melba sauce a little at a time...combine gently

Add more Melba sauce to your satisfaction. You can use your hand mixer to incorporate it better
